Job Description
Masters degree in nursing with four years of experience in NP practice Current unencumbered RN and APRN license in Minnesota Interest in and a desire to learn best practices for simulation in nursing education Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly organized detailoriented ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in nursing DNP or PhD) Experience using healthcare simulation methodology Experience teaching nursing courses Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator Two years or more of nursing education experience Experience teaching and mentoring diverse student populations We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
