Youll be:
Leading a partnering team experienced but keen to grow
Building strategic capability engagement and expertise across the function
Advocating for and driving our organisational culture vision values strategies and plans
Work in partnership with Senior Leadership Teams to cocreate future ready people plans
Reporting directly into the Director People and Culture youll have a growth mindset the ability to drive sustainable business performance through effective people partnering across performance talent remuneration organisational design and change strategic workforce planning and leadership development.
Youll be ready to drive team performance and make a positive impact across the organisation capably and courageously influence and challenge and have a passion to work with others to get the job done championing progressive transformational and contemporary practice.
