Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Room Service Associate is to provide guests with an excellent room service experience.
Work Performed:
TheRoom Service Serverwill be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Presentsmenus answerguestquestions and suggest food and beverageitems;
Take food and beverage orders relaying themtothekitchen;
Serveand deliverroom service itemstoguests;
Compute bill and accepts payment trackingsalesreceipts;
Report tipsfor taxprocessing;
Maintain wait station by keeping area tidy clean disinfectedand stocked withglasses silverware and relatedsupplies;
Setup delivery and presentation ofroom service orders and VIPamenities;
Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchendepartment;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to managementand
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Six6months of previousserverand/or cashier experiencePreferred Education:
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment

Able to push/pull 20lbs regularly
Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
