You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCODE is looking for a Team Lead Marketing & Student Recruitment (f/m/x)to join our team in the heart of Berlin. In this position you will be responsible for leading the universitys marketing and student recruitment efforts by designing and executing integrated strategies that enhance brand awareness optimize lead generation and increase student enrollment.
As a Team Lead Marketing & Student Recruitment (f/m/x)were looking for someone who is able to take on the following responsibilities:
1. Strategy development and team management
Design and drive the implementation of aligned marketing and student recruitment strategies (integrating paid organic and offline marketing efforts).
Lead mentor and develop a small team of marketing and student recruitment professionals driving team performance in alignment with CODEs strategic goals.
Establish and manage partnerships with external providers (agencies freelancers) to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
2. Marketing & performance optimization
Drive integrated online marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness drive traffic and generate student leads.
Identify pilot and implement innovative marketing trends tools and technologies (e.g. AI tools CRM automation) to enhance engagement and outreach efficiency.
Oversee social media strategy content planning and engagement to build a strong online presence.
Own campaign lifecycle: setup monitor and optimize Meta/Google Ads with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
Collaborate with designers to test creatives and landing pagesiterating based on data.
Implement hypertargeted segmentation (e.g. by program geography or applicant stage).
3. Student recruitment oversight
Provide direction and oversight for student recruitment and admission efforts.
Work sidebyside with student recruitment professionals to shorten conversion cycles improve followup systems and hit enrollment targets.
Monitor recruitment performance and analyze funnel metrics (e.g. application dropoff rates) removing bottlenecks and refining strategies to improve lead conversion.
Oversee the admissions process ensuring a candidatecentered experience and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize enrollment outcomes.
4. Analytics and reporting
Monitor and analyze marketing recruitment and admissions data to assess performance and identify trends.
Provide regular reports to leadership and other key stakeholders with clear datadriven insights to optimize marketing campaigns enhance recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates.
Develop and present actionable recommendations to refine outreach admissions workflows and budget allocation for maximum impact.
To be successful in this were looking for someone with the following skillset:
5 years in digital marketing (performance marketing CRM analytics).
Experience in team leadership or being eager and prepared to take on a team leadership role.
Proven experience managing Meta/Google Ads campaigns creatives and landing pages.
Expertise in datadriven decisionmaking (Google Analytics HubSpot ad platforms).
Strong project management and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
Fluency in German and English (C1.

Background in higher education edtech or B2C sales/admissions.
Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
