About the Role
The incumbent must adhere to university policies procedures and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements while working both independently and collaboratively. Additionally they will oversee and maintain the stock of Victorian Crown Copyright curricula managed by the Service Industries CMM including managing course accreditation and reaccreditation projects in alignment with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Standards for Accredited Courses. The role offers expert guidance on training product implementation to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including the Victoria University Compliance team the Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) and training providers such as Learn role involves preparing written documentation tailored to the needs of various stakeholders including external contractual requirements accredited course development training product analysis and Victorian Purchasing Guide development.
In addition the role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of highquality services.

About You
You will have completed a teacher training course at Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 5 or higher including supervised teaching practice and studies in teaching methodology as well as hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116 / TAE40122.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) System including
Training Package Organising Framework
Standards for Training Packages
AQTF Standards for Accredited Courses
Australian Qualifications Framework
Additionally your ability to research analyse data and information and produce accurate wellwritten reports and papers will be highly regarded together with your strong planning and organisational skills to oversee projects ensuring timely and costefficient approach.
Conditions & Benefits
This is a parttime fixedterm position until 31/12/2027 requiring 22.8 0.6 FTE) at the classification of Senior Educator Level 3 with an annual salary of $122918.63 (pro rata) plus superannuation.
