Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation facility in Clovis NM. This perdiem role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on improving patient outcomes through highquality care.

- Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in therapeutic interventions adaptive equipment and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication patience and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve motor skills cognition and daily living tasks.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions under OT supervision.
- Document patient responses and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
