Job Summary
COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Position Details:
- full-time status
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (with the occasional weekend and holiday)
- $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment

Required Qualifications:
- associates degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
- current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin
