Job Description
DePaula Mazda is looking to hire a motivated customer service representative to work in our fast paced call center. We are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
This is a MondayFriday schedule but evening and rotating weekend hours may be required in the future. Employee is expected to work designated shift and shift may change per the needs of the business for coverage.

Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments for customers in XTime.
- Contact customers via email phone and text to schedule a service appointment.
- Make proactive outbound phone calls to customers to drive traffic to the service lane.
- Follow up with missed appointments to reschedule
- Track calls and activities during shift in the computer program provided (Proactive BDC Tracker).
- Must meet or exceed monthly/daily call and activity goals as set by manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- OrganizationalSkills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
