How you will contribute to our mission in getting Australia to space:

• Collaborate with senior and lead engineers to prepare draft and revise documentation required for launch and satelliterelated approvals.
• Serve as a key liaison between Gilmour Space and regulatory bodies including the Australian Space Agency CASA environmental agencies and other authorities.
• Respond to regulator queries and provide timely accurate and technically informed feedback.
• Attend regular meetings with regulators alongside engineering representatives to support alignment and project approvals.
• Negotiate and resolve regulatory issues maintaining a collaborative and solutionsoriented approach.
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of regulatory approval processes.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant legislation standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to space launch and satellite operations.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Chief of Staff to whom this position reports.

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working with regulators particularly in technical or highly regulated industries.

• Background in law policy or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Previous experience interacting with government or space industry regulatory bodies (e.g. ASA CASA environmental authorities).
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a technical context.
• Strong attention to detail and document control practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced evolving environment.
