Job Description

Welcomes each guest with a smile and personalized greeting.

Acknowledges each guest as they are leaving with genuine appreciation.

Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.

Maintains a businesslike professional attitude at all items.

Has a working knowledge of the menu promotions special events and other pertinent information.

Seats guests in such a manner that they receive the best service possible.

Answers telephone inquiries as per company policies.

Helps bussers set and clear tables.

Contributes to general housekeeping in such areas as the floor in foyer; windows/glass in front; host stand area; maintenance checklist; menus and menu covers.

Knowledgeable of the companys internal controls policies and procedures.

Must be able to lift to 25 lbs.; and be able to push pull grasp reach stoop bend twist and climb up and down stairs.

Ability to learn and utilize computerized reservation/seating/paging system. Must be able to learn and operate a PointofSale system.

Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time 7 hours).

Must be able to understand and communicate in English.

Comply fully with the companys safety policies and procedures.

Always follow the Company Service Standards model.

Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours holidays and weekends.

Other duties may be assigned at any time.
