Review of international tax compliance forms and working with a dedicated international tax team
Prepare analysis and computations for Subpart F GILTI FDII BEAT PTEP and FTC
Assist the Federal Corporate Tax Group with the tax provisions process for companies with global operations and transactions
Develop tax planning opportunities arising from inbound and outbound crossborder transactions and activities
Develop tax models illustrating multinational entities attributes effective tax rate and cash tax expense
Manage daytoday interactions with clients and ensure the completion of both tax compliance and advisory projects
Supervise and train staff
Share relevant tax thought leadership and draft tax alerts
Stay current with Tax Reform and comprehend the new regulations and rulings
8 years of experience in international tax compliance and/or planning
CPA JD or EA
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
Experience reviewing Forms 1120s and/or operating 1065s that typically include foreign filing attachments.
1 years of supervisory experience
Experience using OIT GoSystems and/or CCH Axcess tax software
Knowledge of corporate and/or partnership taxation
Fundamental knowledge of a broad range of US international tax rules and provisions including Subpart F GILTI FTC PFICs WHT FDII LoB FIRPTA PTI and BEAT
Comprehensive understanding of international tax reporting obligations including Forms 1120Fand 8833
Experience with RIA Checkpoint and BNA
