What You Will Do:
- Help design and improve products UI and user experiences based on feedback and data;
- Conduct user research (like surveys and prototype testing) to understand how people use current features and what new features theyd like;
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to see how users react to changes;
- Brainstorm and create new design ideas;
- Work with product research and engineering teams to make features that are easy to use and build trust with our brand.
What We Expect:
- Solid experience as a UX/UI designer;
- Experience designing for websites mobileresponsive sites and native mobile apps;
- A passion for design and making things easy for users;
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines to make designs usable for everyone;
- Creative problemsolving skills and a desire to optimize processes;
- Familiarity with the latest design trends tools and techniques;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers;
- Experience or interest in the media or publishing industry is a big plus.

Salary: eur/gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
