Location: Limassol Cyprus
This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and providing strategic financial insights that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities across multiple entities
- Prepare management accounts on a monthly quarterly and annual basis for the groups companies
- Handle tax calculations and prepare VAT returns
- Support the preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with CySEC and Central Bank guidelines
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors banking institutions and tax advisors
- Oversee and execute the entire payroll process for the company
Skills and Qualifications
- Nativelevel or fluent English speaker (minimum C1 with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with SAP Business One is a plus
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or currently pursuing certification) is considered an asset
- Background in the Forex or financial services industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with CySEC compliance and reporting standards is beneficial
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and relevant employment legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in a highvolume transactional environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic fastpaced workplace
