About the Internship

As a Marketing & Sales Intern you will be actively involved in a research project focused on our customer portal exploring topics such as platform costs competitor analysis content strategy and AI applications. You will also assist in daily marketing and sales operations and contribute to campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

At the moment we have a customer portal designed to give clients insight into their products and provide access to a knowledge base. In this knowledge base customers can also share and retrieve information with one another. However it is currently not being used to its full potential. Therefore we would like to conduct research into:

• Conducting market research on other service portals and customer platforms.
• Analyzing the cost structure and value of our current platform.
• Exploring AI tool integration to enhance platform performance and customer experience.
• Supporting content creation and communications strategy.
• Assisting with sales enablement activities and campaign .
• Collaborating closely with our Sales and IT departments.
• The content of the internship can be customized based on your strengths and interests making it a truly valuable learning experience.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (HBO/University) in International Business Commercial Economics or a related field.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Skilled in Excel and confident in working with AI tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to research and problemsolving.
• Passion for marketing and sales with a keen eye for creating meaningful customer experiences.
• Proactive and creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Team player who can effectively collaborate across departments.
