We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Lead the enterprise onboarding of Power Automate ensuring a structured scalable and secure adoption process.
Develop governance framework policies and best practices to enable teams to build automation solutions responsibly.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements collaborating with IT security and compliance teams.
Create and deliver enablement programs (training guidelines and support structures) to empower business and IT teams to develop their own automation solutions.
Advise on architectural best practices to ensure automation solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with business goals.
Work with leadership and key stakeholders to define automation strategies prioritize use cases and establish governance boards.
Facilitate the integration of Power Automate with enterprise systems ensuring a seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on Copilot Studio adoption ensuring AIdriven automation aligns with enterprise needs.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
Extensive experience leading Power Automate enablement or enterprise automation initiatives.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Solution Architect Security Compliance & Identity)
Strong knowledge of governance security and compliance frameworks related to Power Platform.
Experience working in highly regulated industries with a deep understanding of risk management.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with enterprise workflows.
Familiarity with Copilot Studio and AIdriven automation is a plu
