The Role
Were seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our growing performance team. This is a handson role with full ownership of campaign setup and across PPC (Google Ads Bing) and Paid Social (Meta TikTok etc.. Youll be key to driving growth through intelligent media buying performance optimisation and sharp creative feedback.
Agency experience is a big pluswe move fast and value people who know how to manage campaigns endtoend without endless handholding. Youll be working closely with our Head of Performance and Creative teams to test scale and refine our paid strategy.
Responsibilities
Setting up managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads Meta and other platforms
Collaborating on strategy for account structure testing plans and scaling tactics
Monitoring daily performance identifying trends and acting quickly to improve results
Working crossfunctionally with Creative to brief ad assets and iterate based on performance
Reporting on campaign results with insights and next steps.
Keeping up with platform changes and emerging trends to keep us ahead of the curve
Skills & Qualities
Experience in Paid Media (agency or inhouse)
Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution
Proven track record managing significant ad budgets and driving ROAS
Sharp analytical skills Excel/Sheets and Looker/GA4
Comfortable owning campaign setup and optimisation not just strategy
Proactive mindset with a testlearniterate approach
Experience across both PPC and Paid Social (Meta/TikTok/Google) is essential
Previous agencyside experience or experience managing multiple accounts
Experience in eCommerce especially DTC
Knowledge of creative best practices for performance ads
