Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketer to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting our brand and products through various marketing channels. If you are passionate about marketing and have a creative mindset we want to hear from you. The Field Marketers primary responsibility is to prospect cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors such as plumbers that results in referrals of emergency restoration opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Collaborate with owner to create engaging marketing campaigns
Execute offline and online marketing initiatives to reach target audiences
Coordinate and attend events trade shows and other promotional activities
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
Build relationships with vendors customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty
Skills:
. Confident outgoing and personable
Driven to achieve sales goals
Resilient and undeterred by indifference or rejection
Coachable and open to feedback
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong customer service focus and ability to handle customer complaints
Online Marketing skills or experience a plus but not required

Pay Range:
$40000 $75000 Salary Base (Based on experience) plus 5 Commission of all sales associated with the work you bring in No Cap!!
