Job Description
Our client is seeking a Temporary Attorney to join our legal team in support of our Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) platform. This role provides general legal counsel with a focus on complex commercial agreements compliance and daytoday operational matters for a dynamic global biotechnology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements including:
- Manufacturing services agreements.
- Process development agreements.
- Pharmaceutical quality agreements.
- Licensing and servicerelated statements of work.
- Advise on transactional quality marketing and operational legal issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across the CGT platform.
- Support senior legal leadership reporting to a Senior Director Assistant General Counsel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
- Provide highquality timely legal guidance on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice in the U.S.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial transactional/contracting experience from an Am Law 200. law firm and/or inhouse legal department.
- Background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
- HybridMonday and Wednesday in office in Morristown NJ.
