We are seeking an experienced Clerical/Administrative to provide highlevel administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle complex clerical tasks with minimal supervision.
Customer service and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency 50 words per minute).
Duties include accounting spreadsheet management and clerical functions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access Excel Word and Adobe document conversion.
Manage and organize office records reports and correspondence
Assist in preparing presentations financial reports and other business documents
Handle complex data entry database management and document processing
Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners
Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and executive schedules
Oversee office supply inventory and procurement
Assist with budgeting invoicing and other financial tasks
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide guidance and support to junior clerical staff (if applicable)
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
1 years of clerical administrative or office management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and office management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Knowledge of bookkeeping or financial tasks is a plus
