Job Summary: We are seeking Principallevel SBA Engineers to design and implement 5G ServiceBased Architecture (SBA) components for core network development. This role focuses on building cloudnative standardscompliant microservices (AMF SMF PCF NRF) using cuttingedge technologies like Kubernetes Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are seeking Principallevel SBA Engineers to design and implement 5G ServiceBased Architecture (SBA) components for core network development. This role focuses on building cloudnative standardscompliant microservices (AMF SMF PCF NRF) using cuttingedge technologies like Kubernetes Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development:
- Develop 3GPPcompliant microservices (AMF SMF PCF NRF) aligned with TS 23.501/29.500 standards.
- Build RESTful APIs for interNF communication (OpenAPI compliance).
- CloudNative Deployment:
- Containerize services using Docker/Kubernetes for public/private 5G clouds (AWS Azure telco clouds).
- Performance Optimization:
- Ensure lowlatency highthroughput performance for critical network functions.
- DevOps & Automation:
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins) for seamless deployments.
- Testing & Compliance:
- Write unit/integration tests and debug in simulated/live environments.
- Maintain 3GPP standards compliance and detailed documentation.
- 5G SBA Expertise: Handson experience with AMF SMF NRF PCF or similar 5G core components.
- Programming: Proficiency in Go Java or C.
- Cloud/Containerization: Docker Kubernetes Helm and public clouds (AWS/Azure).
- Networking: Deep knowledge of HTTP/2 SCTP Diameter PFCP.
- CI/CD & Testing: GitLab Jenkins Robot Framework.
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Telecommunications or related field.
- 4 years in telecom software development 5G/4G core preferred).
- NFV/service mesh (Istio ONAP OSM).
- Observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
- Linux scripting (Shell/Python).
- Contributions to opensource telecom projects.
- Lead cuttingedge 5G SBA development for global telecom networks.
- Fully remote role with a focus on innovation and standards compliance.
- Opportunity to work with cloudnative technologies and agile methodologies.
- Candidates must be UKbased (no visa sponsorship).
- Emphasis on 3GPP standards and performance metrics for network validation.
