This is more than a Controller role its an opportunity to be the financial architect behind a company thats tripled its sales in three years and is actively pursuing M and amp;A innovation and global expansion.
What Youll Do
Youll be the goto finance leader who brings clarity precision and structure to a rapidly growing organization. In this role youll:
- Lead the full accounting cycle including monthend and quarterend close reconciliations and consolidated financial reporting.
- Own internal and external reporting prepare MD and amp;A financial statements and performance analysis (ARR churn KPI dashboards).
- Manage technical accounting areas such as revenue recognition inventory accruals and equity.
- Supervise external contractors and bookkeeping resources and streamline project handoffs.
- Support forecasting and scenario planning helping build dynamic financial models to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive process improvement and automation continually enhancing accuracy speed and scalability.
- Collaborate across time zones and functions acting as a key partner to the CFO executive team and global finance staff.
Success in 3 6 12 Months:
- 3 months: Gain mastery of existing systems lead monthend close support MD and amp;A.
- 6 months: Streamline reporting cycles build forecasting models own KPIs.
- 12 months: Become the finance backbone for growth M and amp;A readiness audit and compliance team leadership.

- Own monthend/quarterend close and reporting.

What You Bring to the Table
- CPA designation and 4 years of progressive accounting experience (audit or fullcycle finance).
- Experience in US GAAP and ideally public company reporting or SOX readiness.
- Handson experience with QuickBooks advanced Excel and strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity in a scaling or startuplike environment.
