Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Rooms Division Manager to join a luxury hotel group based in Franschhoek. This is a key leadership role ideal for a driven hospitality professional with strong operational expertise and a passion for delivering worldclass guest experiences.
Minimum 45 years of experience in hotel operations preferably in a Rooms Division or similar management role
Strong understanding of property maintenance and systems
Opera PMS knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Exceptional leadership organizational and communication skills
Proven experience in budget and financial reporting
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Flexibility to work early/late shifts and weekends as required
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Franschhoek Stellenbosch or Paarl area
