Shift Schedule: 7a7p; 7p7a; 10a10p; 7a5p; 5p3a

Patient Volume: TBD

of ED Patients admitted to the Hospital: 15

of ED Volume treated by Fast Track: 40

No. of ED patient transferred: 12

Physician in Practice: 11; 2 per shift

Specialty Backup:

Radiologist Critical Care Intensivist Cardiologist

Pulmonologist Gastroenterologist Neurologist

Urologist Hematologist/Oncologist Psychiatrist

24Hour Available Services:

Radiology Lab OR Anesthesia

Pathology: Clinical & Anatomical

CT Neuro Vascular Ortho

Blood Bank Certified by AABB

Beds in the Dept: 44

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Fast track in ED

ED Staff respond to House Codes and managers airway

Deliveries are sent directly to L&D

ED is responsible for monitoring supervising paramedics & Ambulance by radio

APP will be working autonomously supervising physician is available

EM Physicians do the EKG interpretation

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MA License

ACLS BLS
