Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director with an RN license to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leadership with a proven track record in hospice operations management business development and process improvement. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage teams drive strategic planning initiatives and oversee project management efforts to enhance organizational performance.
Requirements
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead senior leadership teams in establishing goals objectives and performance metrics.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including board members community partners and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the organizations reach and impact.
- Ensure effective project management practices are in place to achieve timely completion of initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of proven experience in a leadership role within the Hospice industry.
