About the Role:
We re looking for an organized detailoriented Tax Credit Inventory Associate to own our clients internal listings of tax credit opportunities. You ll be responsible for keeping their inventory accurate uptodate and easy for their team to manage throughout the intake and listing. This role is all about making sure they always know what they have what s live and what s coming soon so they can move fast and serve clients well.
What You ll Do
.
Maintain the internal database of active and upcoming tax credit listings
.
Regularly connect with the Transactions and Marketing teams to gather key updates (e.g. pricing deal status timing documentation)
.
Ensure listings are kept accurate and uptodate across all internal tools and systems
.
Flag missing or outdated information and work with relevant teams to close gaps
.
Support visibility into supply pipeline and help prioritize deals based on timing and readiness
.
Coordinate smooth handoffs between internal teams when credits go live
.
Contribute to continuous improvements in how we track and manage inventory

Experience working in fastpaced environments (startups deal teams operations etc.

Systemthinking who likes to improve processes and reimagine better ways of doing things

Familiar with finance concepts
