Job Description
Become our clients Power BI Developer and turn complex data into actionable insights. You ll design develop and maintain BI solutions using Power BI DAX and Power Query. Collaborate with stakeholders apply data modeling expertise and deliver impactful dashboards that support smarter decisions and drive innovation in healthcare and education.
Shift: Monday to Friday 09:00 PM 06:00 AM Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite Makati Ortigas or Quezon City
(With possibility of WFH or Hybrid setup in the future)
- Designing developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Building DAX calculations and Power Query (M language) scripts to optimize performance
- Performing data modeling and defining relationships between data sources
- Extracting transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources such as SQL Excel APIs and cloud databases
- Collaborating with business analysts data engineers and stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements
- Optimizing report performance and applying best practices for data visualization and user experience
- Managing data security through rowlevel security (RLS) and access control settings
- Automating report refresh processes and ensuring realtime data availability
- Monitoring industry trends and staying updated with Power BI enhancements and analytics advancements
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in Power BI and data visualization
- Proficiency in DAX Power Query (M language) and SQL
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
- Experience integrating Power BI with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP (preferred)
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps (a plus)
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate business needs into actionable insights
- Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills
