Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services for Early Childhood through Grade 12 students in Little Rock Arkansas. Services focus on improving motor skills mobility and physical independence necessary for educational access and participation.

Requirements:

Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist by the State of Arkansas

Minimum of three 3 years of experience; preference for schoolbased settings

Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services based on IEPs or 504 plans

Conduct evaluations only with prior approval from district designee

Provide up to 6 hours of direct services and 1 hour of nonstudent contact work per day

Submit required documentation and Medicaid billing monthly

Maintain accurate therapy schedules and consult as needed

Follow district procedures and timelines

Notify coordinator and school if unable to provide scheduled therapy

Attend districtled orientations and procedural trainings

Any other duties as assigned
