Join us as Vice President of Traffic Acquisition (All Genders) and lead highimpact datadriven strategies to fuel our growth. In this pivotal role youll scale acquisition across digital offline and CRM driving profitable customer engagement. As a senior leader in the organization you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to shape and execute innovative strategies that give us a competitive edge in ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy that spans digital offline/ATL and CRM channels.
- Continuously identify and test new growth levers to drive scalable highquality traffic with strong ROI.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Oversee performance marketing channels including paid search paid social programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI ensuring efficient customer acquisition costs.
Offline and ATL Campaign Management:
- Lead offline marketing initiatives such as TV radio OOH and print to enhance brand visibility and drive incremental traffic.
- Manage Retail Media relationships with our supplier positioning our inhouse agency zooMedia Services as the agency of choice.
- Together with Marketing Intelligence Teams develop and refine attribution models to measure and optimize ATL campaign effectiveness.
CRM and Retention Marketing:
- Develop robust CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships enhance retention and increase CLV.
- Leverage data and insights to create personalized marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty.
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics and insights to monitor channel performance identify trends and inform decisionmaking.
- Develop reporting frameworks to provide visibility into key metrics such as traffic conversion rates and CLV.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Scale and inspire a highperforming acquisition team fostering a culture of innovation and relentless optimization.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to ensure continuous team growth.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Partner with product analytics merchandising and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive of acquisition strategies.
- Align efforts with company goals to deliver exceptional business results.
Qualifications :
- 10 years in highgrowth digital marketing or traffic acquisition with a proven track record of driving profitable customer growth at scale.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels offline/ATL campaigns and CRM/retention strategies.
- Datadriven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance shortterm wins with longterm vision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in ecommerce or a related industry is highly desirable.
