This role can be based in any of our US offices (San Francisco Sunnyvale Carpinteria Omaha Chicago Detroit New York or Washington D.C. or remotely based on where the chosen applicant resides. Candidate must live within US.
We are looking for a forwardthinking Sr. HR Business Partner to partner with Corp Functions and their global leadership teams across the Talent Acquisition and Global Benefits organization. The overall client group size for this role includes 550 total employees. The successful candidate will be able to influence effectively across all levels of leadership demonstrate deep business acumen andthe ability to navigate through ambiguitywhile balancing challenging the status quo with meeting the business where they are.
This role will also lead and contribute to strategic talent projects across their client groups and the Corporate Functions HR team.
This role will partner closely with business leaders in Talent Acquisition and Global Benefits along with other GTO functions such as talent acquisition compensation and learning and development to deliver integrated HR solutions.

The pay range for this role is $138000 to $224000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
