Job Description

A rapidly expanding building materials partner is hiring a Preferred Accounts Manager to own strategic relationships and drive netnew and accountgrowth initiatives in the Miami territory.

Youll blend deep technical expertise in commercial roofing systems with savvy gotomarket tactics to establish us as an industry leader and trusted advisor for key accounts. If youre a hunter with a consultative edge and thrive in a remote highvisibility role read on.

What Youll Do:

  • Own the Full Account Lifecycle: From prospecting new Preferred Accounts to growing existing relationships youll manage every step toward revenue growth.

  • Develop & Execute Territory Plans: Craft and implement gotomarket strategies tailored to regional commercial roofing and construction stakeholders.

  • Build MultiLevel Relationships: Engage Csuite procurement and project leads to deepen partnerships and secure preferred status.

  • Collaborate for Success: Partner crossfunctionally with sales product marketing and technical teams to deliver customized value propositions.

  • Drive Competitive Positioning: Leverage product competitor and market insights to position our solutions as the clear choice.


Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors or advanced degree.
  • Industry Experience: 57 years in roofing/construction or related building envelope systems roles.
  • Sales Track Record: 35 years in business development or national account sales within commercial roofing construction or industrial markets.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to analyze product lines competitor offerings and bidding processes.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Proven skill in problem resolution candid dialogue and closing complex multiinfluencer deals.
  • Physical Requirements: Comfortable climbing ladders/rooftops lifting 50 lbs and extensive walking on job sites.
  • Location & Travel: Must reside in Miami FL area; willingness to travel up to 50 within territory.
