As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for the following:
- Calling on enterprise healthcare companies (hospital networks insurance companies pharmaceutical companies etc. to set sales meetings for Account Executives
- Meeting monthly sales targets for meetings set and revenue generation
- Providing accurate weekly monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Leveraging sales tools (CRM and other areas of tech stack)
- Calling and emailing marketinggenerated leads
- Sourcing and creating new sales opportunities
- Conducting research for personalized outreach
- Collaborating with leadership (CSuite Product Sales etc. about the value of Authenticxs products and services

You have experience working in a sales role that prioritizes outbound sales strategy. You can quickly learn a product offering and share that product knowledge with outside prospects. You are comfortable making sales cold calls to potential clients and demonstrating how Authenticxs unique product offering can benefit the clients organization. You can autonomously handle lead generation and setting up new meetings. You are an accountable selfstarter that enjoys working in a fastpaced energetic and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or other relevant fields is preferred
- 12 years of businesstobusiness (B2B) sales experience
- Experience selling softwareasaservice (SaaS) solutions OR selling product/services to enterprise healthcare companies is strongly preferred
- Experience with prospecting cold calling customer outreach via phone and email utilizing CRMs (preferably HubSpot) etc.
- Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a quota/metricdriven sales environment
- Confident making sales calls and communicating effectively with prospects via phone
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Documented track record of success against sales KPIs and quotas or other performance metrics
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience documenting results and knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Additional Information :
- This is a hybrid position consisting of both onsite and remote/virtual work.
- Candidates must live in/near the Greater Indianapolis area and be willing and able to work from our Indianapolis office 2 days per week.
