Scheduling: Organizing meetings appointments and events.
Communication: Reviewing prioritizing and responding to emails and phone calls.
Office
Visitor Management: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department.
Ordering Supplies: Managing the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Vendor Management: Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Office Maintenance: Coordinating with facilities management for office maintenance and repairs.
Billing
Processing Payments: Handling and processing invoices for payment.
Invoicing: Handling and processing customer invoices
Expense Reports: Preparing and submitting expense reports for the executive.
Cost Management: Evaluating and recommending costsaving strategies.
Qualifications :
Organizational Skills: Self starter and Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
