As a Product Manager at ASOS youll work in a crossfunctional team singularly focussed on a strategic priority for the business. Setting ambitious goals youll lead on creating innovative solutions for our customers. A proactive problem solver youll work with you team and stakeholders to inspire our customers at every touchpoint.
You will:
- Work closely with Senior Product Managers to help drive the visionand strategy for the product area.
- Use a combination of conviction data competitor and customer research to identify opportunity areas and build your roadmap.
- Champion a test and learn approachto develop products andfeatures all with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Be forward in sharing learnings failures and what not to design and build as a result of your tests.
- Regularly update stakeholders about the performance of your product area and use this as a backdrop forproduct recommendations or decisions.
- Be the goto person for one of our awesome engineering teams covering everything from theproductstrategy to the detail of a user story.
- Engage with other product managers and designers at ASOS to achieve results and learn from each other.
Qualifications :
You have:
- The desire to drive both delivery and discovery processes.
- Acurious mind thatenablesyouto selflearn about newcustomer problem areas or opportunities.
- A strong belief in the role and value of dataandare not afraid to test and learn using these feedback loops to continuously improve the product.
- A superpower that enables you to combine active listening with being inquisitive with people across engineeringcustomer care retail marketingand finance.
- Experience collaborating with product design engineering teams and insights (and beyond! to successfully get your products to market
- A skill oftaking people on a journey as we instil a product mindset acrossASOS.
- Passion to work at ASOS!
