Job Description
- Maintaining internal IT architecture and infrastructure of our data center
- Customer support
- Maintaining an uptodate asset list of internal IT equipment and systems
- Maintenance of user equipment
- Monitoring the correctness of the operation of the infrastructure and systems and taking corrective actions in a timely manner
- Setting up a backup/restore process and monitoring on a daily basis
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Basic knowledge in the field of cloud systems and storage systems
- Basic knowledge of the administration of the Windows environment.
- Basic knowledge of Linux platform administration.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols.
Additional Information :
Other Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written) experience working in international teams.
Proactive & adaptable problemsolving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges.
Strong sense of confidentiality & teamwork ability to handle sensitive data responsibly
