Job Description

Proper Change Management is a critical success factor in growth at McDonalds. We support Change at McDonalds through our Change Center of Excellence (COE). The Change COE partners with leaders to enable the human side of transformation ensuring people adopt the changes needed to promote the longterm success of our business. As a member of the Change COE you will be a part of a team building change capability across the Enterprise. Youll succeed by being a seeker of innovation a selfstarter and a collaborative strategic partner for our customers. Well ensure you have the tools to take advantage of the growth opportunities were excited to provide.

McDonalds Change COE is seeking a Manager of Change Management to drive the development and deployment of change interventions using our framework and methodology.

The immediate need is for support on transformational digital programs within our Global Technology and Restaurant Experience function. Future assignments may span other McDonalds functional areas.

This role will report to the Senior Manager Change Management.
 

What will you do

Lead or participate in change management projects:

  • Leverage our Change Management methodology process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Enable the design development delivery and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input document requirements and support the design of training programs
  • Identify analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Analyze datadriven insights to adapt and accelerate change

Drive Adoption with One McDonalds Way of Doing Change:

  • Maintain an understanding of Change and broader McDonalds strategy and priorities
  • Work closely with program stakeholders and other practitioners to ensure an understanding of the Change Framework
  • Advise and coach functional leaders on Change Management
  • Support the growth of Change knowledge across the Enterprise
  • Gain an understanding of Change Framework and support training of partners practitioners and business leaders

The expected salary range for this role is $112860 $143900 per year
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately in determining your pay we may also consider your experience and other jobrelated factors.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced level change management skills. Comfort with Word PowerPoint and collaborative technologies; high Excel proficiency is required
  • Five years minimum experience in change management required.                       
  • Experience in designing and executing project plans managing junior resources contributing to change methodology design creating deliverables that require crossfunction collaboration and socialization. This role requires ability to provide strategic guidance to Business leaders for low medium complexity Change programs
  • Intermediate level change management skills. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint Word and collaborative technologies
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience designing and executing detailed change plans
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with largescale organizational change efforts
