Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the charge in developing innovative marketleading digital solutions. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain a compelling product vision aligned with market trends user needs and strategic objectives.
- Market Insight: Conduct trend analysis and gather customer insights to guide product innovation and roadmap planning.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams including engineering design sales and marketing to execute on product goals.
- Agile Delivery: Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring efficient and effective delivery in an Agile environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate product direction and gather feedback.
- CustomerFirst Thinking: Champion the user experienceidentifying pain points and creating products that delight customers.
- Innovation Mindset: Promote experimentation and creative problemsolving within the product team.
- Results Focused: Establish KPIs and use data to guide decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven ability to innovate and differentiate in competitive markets.
- Indepth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc..
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Solid technical acumen with experience working alongside development teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to product management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in startups or highgrowth environments.
- Certified Product Owner or equivalent).
- MBA or similar advanced business qualification.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles; Figma experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Jira Confluence and software development tools.
- Understanding of system architecture and CI/CD environments.
