TheReceiving Inspectorplays a key role in maintaining highquality standards while complying with GAT processes. This position is responsible for ensuring that incoming shipments of goods meet quality standards and are accurately recorded upon arrival. This role involves inspecting products for damage verifying quantities ensuring correct documentation and assisting in the organization of inventory. This role is located in Medley Florida at our Landing Gear Services facility.
Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with existing Company standards and policies as well as performs all duties and responsibilities as dictated by the Company Quality and Safety Manuals and other regulatory guidelines.
Inspect unit physical condition coming from Teardowns or LOT purchases.
Receive units into our ERP system (Quantum).
Follow ATA Spec 300 Packing of Airlines Supplies.
Quantum ERP system knowledge is a plus.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent.
Be able to communicate effectively.
Possess strong organizational analytical and administrative skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills.
