We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join the NA Amazon Fresh Growth Marketing & Impact organization to lead Integrated Planning and Prioritization workstreams to drive crossfunctional synergies across the Amazon Fresh and larger Worldwide Grocery Stores Organization. This involves navigating high degrees of ambiguity collaborating with marketing leads channel managers and crossfunctional program owners and stakeholders on a monthly quarterly and annual cadence to define the strategy processes and tenets for how we communicate to Grocery shoppers across our marketing touch points. You will make work crossfunctionally to design operating strategies build mechanisms and processes and facilitate discussions and forums for making highimpact trade offs and decisions while collaborating with crossfunctional partners.
The ideal candidate is a product marketing leader that is passionate about driving crossfunctional synergies building structure in the face of ambiguity and transforming strategic priorities into operating principles to guide large crossfunctional stakeholders. This person will think through complex business challenges like how to reconcile crossfunctional dependencies with production lead times and determine the correct portfolio role of various marketing channels and placements. An entrepreneurial spirit the ability to influence across senior leadership and junior stakeholders and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
Key job responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Planning: This role will own the design and ongoing optimization of the Integrated Marketing Operating Model for all of Amazon Fresh Central Marketing. They foster partnerships across Central Marketing Category Operations Private Brands Grocery Tech and Creative; influencing their respective processes and mechanisms to unlock organizational synergies.
Marketing Channel Portfolio Strategy: This role collaborates across marketing leads and channel owners to define portfolio roles across our arsenal of customer touchpoints. They will raise the bar on cohesive customer communication across touchpoints via holistic messaging prioritization operationalizing brand strategies to ensure connection with the customer experience.
Quarterly Prioritization Reviews: This role facilitates the quarterly holistic prioritization reviews for omnichannel traffic and merchandising across Amazon Fresh marketing leaders leveraging strong judgement informed by strategic tenets operational capacity and customer insights to navigate complex tradeoff discussions and competing priorities.
Bachelors degree
6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience prior success in driving of largescale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience creating and managing complex crossteam project plans
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
MBA
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience with A/B Testing or MultiVariate Testing or both

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
