The Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) seeks a Business Intelligence and Technology Lead (Management Analyst III) to oversee business process tracking evaluation and improvement initiatives within the Solid Waste Management Program (SWMP). This position plays a critical role in implementing technology solutions managing vendor relationships and leading datadriven decisionmaking efforts that enhance operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process optimization performance metrics IT project management and change management to support SWMPs operational and administrative functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education experience and training equivalent to the following:

Graduation from an accredited fouryear college or university with a bachelors degree in field related to the assigned functional area; plus four years of professional work experience with in the functional area.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Valid drivers license.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to the position must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check and driving record check to the satisfaction of the employer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit stand while using computers during most of the daily working hours. Ability to walk negotiate or traverse property sites that may be undergoing construction or having terrain that is not level. Must be able to lift/slide up to 25 pounds with assistance. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
