Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS standards
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (VAT PAYE income tax etc.
- Lead external audit processes and maintain audit readiness
- Drive cost control margin management and stock accuracy
- Analyze product costing and support pricing strategies
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow working capital and banking relationships
- Oversee credit control and debtors management
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial governance
- Manage and optimize ERP system usage (Sage Syspro SAP etc.
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
- 58 years postarticles experience in manufacturing is essential
