Job Description
- Design and update technical service training for distributors OEMs and dealers
- Align training content with HQ in Japan and the European distributor network
- Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
- Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g. room setup welcoming participants)
Qualifications :
- A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (KfzMeister) StateCertified Technician (staatlich geprfter KFZTechniker) or equivalent
- Practical experience in diagnostics repair and service from a dealership or workshop environment
- A genuine interest in training and education prior training experience is helpful but not required
- Solid English skills (written and spoken) for developing and delivering training content
- Strong selforganization curiosity and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
- You communicate clearly and confidently and know how to connect with different people whether they are from other countries or have different technical backgrounds
- A car drivers license is required and a truck drivers license would be an advantage
