Job Description
As aGlobal Mobility Manager you will have responsibility for the daytoday operational activities in relation to moving staff on assignment. You will be working with the Head of Global Mobility and the global mobility team to provide employees with a high standard tailored GM service focusing on a positive client experience. Besides that you will be working with HRBPs and Business leaders and will provide solutions to business need based on the GM policy framework.
This is an exciting time to join the Global Mobility Team at Syngenta as we undertake our transformation journey to simplify the way we deliver to our assignees and elevate the customer experience.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Implementing Syngenta new Mobility program and processes and training/communicating clearly to relevant stakeholders
- Participating in a creation of new technology workflows and compliance process implementation
- Managingthe endtoend assignment process
- Preparing cost estimates assignment documentation compensation calculations and liaising with vendors
- Overseeing and/or managing IA recharge process
- Coordinating Monthly IA payroll previous knowledge of IA payroll required
- Collaboration and initiation of vendors (tax relocation other)
- Exception management

You will be a great fit if you have:
- BSc/MSc degree or equivalent
- 58years of professional experience in Global Mobilityor related fields
- Fluent Englishlanguage knowledge
- Strong numerical skills and solid experience in MS Excel
- Ability to establish close working relationships with the HR Operational Services Delivery teams Global HRBPs/HR Finance key business stakeholders and external thirdparty providers
- Ability toprovide guidance and make recommendations within policy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability toprioritize and thrive/develop in acomplex business environment
- High level of customer service & delivery
- Good attention to detail
