Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
- Responsible for the smooth running and day to day operations of the hotel.
- Managing the hotel budget and sales strategy developing new and creative opportunities to maximise sales and increase revenue.
- Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property and support all departments in the achievement of operational targets.
- Motivate train and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business owner manager employees clients and neighbours.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- You must be commercially driven and have minimum 5 years hotel General Manager experience
