Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions and booking patterns.
  • Monitor room availability booking pace and distribution channels to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends to identify opportunities.

Reservations Oversight:

  • Supervise daily reservation operations ensuring accurate and efficient bookings.
  • Manage group reservations room blocks and inventory to prevent overbooking and maximize occupancy.
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly revenue reports highlighting performance trends and projections.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure reservation accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning budgeting and forecasting processes.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with Sales Front Office and Marketing to align revenue strategies with business goals.
  • Train and mentor all the hotel team to maintain high service standards.
  • Act as a liaison with corporate clients travel agents and thirdparty partners.

System & Channel Management:

  • Oversee the optimal use of revenue management systems and booking platforms.
  • Ensure accurate content and availability on OTAs GDS and direct booking channels.
  • Implement and manage oversell strategies to balance inventory effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in Revenue or Reservations Management preferably within Accor hotels or luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud Microsoft Excel and revenue management software.
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
