Job Description

Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detailoriented and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth administrative processes efficient communication with clients and coordination of sales activities to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing proposals contracts reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless of group bookings events and corporate stays.
  • Assist in organizing site inspections client meetings and familiarization trips.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in preparing sales reports.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email and walkins ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Liaise with departments such as Front Office Housekeeping and F&B to fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales contracts and client communications.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a sales support or administrative role preferably within a 4 or 5star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customerservice mindset and a polished professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
  • Wellpresented with a serviceoriented mindset aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills with internal departments and external partners.
