  • You will oversee all kitchen operations ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
  • Develop design and refine the restaurants menu balancing creativity seasonality and guest preferences while aligning with the brands vision.
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality in food preparation presentation and taste ensuring all dishes meet the restaurants high standards.
  • Supervise train and mentor kitchen staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations including hygiene standards and food safety practices.
  • Monitor stock levels place orders for supplies and manage food costs ensuring the kitchen operates within budget.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service and the overall guest experience.
  • Provide ongoing training and opportunities for your team to enhance their skills and grow within the culinary field.
  • Stay updated on the latest culinary trends experimenting with new techniques flavors and concepts to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
  • Occasionally interact with guests ensuring satisfaction with the meals and gathering feedback to improve offerings.
  • Organize and oversee kitchen operations to maintain high levels of productivity while minimizing waste and ensuring consistency in food preparation.

Qualifications :

We are looking for you with personality and that certain something:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef Head Chef etc. within premium or luxury establishments.
  • You have proven experience leading and motivating a diverse kitchen team in a highpressure environment.
  • You are passionate about food and have a creative approach to designing menus and presenting dishes.
  • You have a strong focus on quality cleanliness and presentation.
  • You have experience managing kitchen budgets controlling food costs and reducing waste.
  • You possess thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • You have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with frontofhouse staff and other departments.
  • You are able to remain calm and effective in a fastpaced environment.
