The success of Clinical Development Operations depends on our ability to develop a holistic strategy and global network of exceptional PIs and institutions in order to accelerate delivery of our pipeline. In an increasingly competitive landscape strategic partnerships are critical to maximizing the solid tumor and hematology pipelines. The Strategic Site Partner (SSP) serves as a key driver and main point of contact for our key partner sites and is passionate about establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships crossfunctionally with key clinical sites in order to unlock operational potential and build strong longitudinal relationships.
The SSP is responsible for adopting relationship management principles and critically thinking to better understand all business dimensions to impact and drive operational efficiencies in the conduct of AbbVies pipeline. In addition they will align expectations between AbbVie and investigative site stakeholders proactively identifying opportunities to drive clinical trial accelerations and efficiencies at the study and/or program level.
The SSP is responsible for engaging internal leaders at all levels to maximally leverage aligned collaborations cross functionally with a goal of enabling alliances to deliver results consistent with strategic goals and to enhance AbbVies relationships to secure the companys reputation as a Partner of Choice.
The Strategic Site Partner reports to the Director Strategic Site Partnership.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
