Talent Acquisition Human Resources Partner

We are ramping up operations at our new Tulsa location and expect to grow rapidly to 100 employees in the coming months. To support this exciting phase we are looking for a dynamic handson Talent Acquisition Human Resources Partner who will serve as both a Recruiting and Business Partner to local leadership and employees.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Talent Acquisition

• You partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage endtoend recruitment for a variety of roles
• You manage candidate communication and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
• You collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with hiring strategy and process
• You maintain applicant tracking and reporting for compliance and internal metrics

 HR Business Partnering

• You serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HRrelated matters
• You support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires in Tulsa
• You advise managers on performance management employee relations and organizational development
• You champion a positive work environment and help build a strong site culture aligned with company values
• You coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. compensation benefits) to ensure seamless employee support
• You assist with local compliance policy administration and data maintenance

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role ideally with recruiting responsibility & HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus
• Education You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
• Technical Proficiency You have proven experience managing fullcycle recruiting and knowledge of federal and Oklahomaspecific labor laws and regulations
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills and ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fastgrowing environment
• Commitment to Excellence You are successoriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
