Carpark:
- To assist in monitoring day to day operational activities.
- To ensure that all parking equipment and payment system in good condition.
- To prepare complete verify and submit daily weekly and monthly report.
- Cooperate and coordinate in all matters with security personnel in the carpark operations.
- To process the carpark related administrative work.
- To follow up with the vendor to attend the carpark operations issue.
Safety & Security Operations:
- To assist in preparing the internal safety checks and tenants inspection report.
- To assist in the safety & security related administrative work
Others:
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
- To perform other responsibilities as assigned by manager or management from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Operations Business or any related field.
- Possess at least 12 years of working experiences preferably in mall operation or building Safety & Security.
- Proficient with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and other office applications.
- Possess good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive independent team player organised work under pressure and to meet deadline in multitasking environment.
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
