About the role
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Specialist is responsible for the successful production, management, and deployment of customer-facing email and SMS campaigns. This role will work closely with internal programs, copy editors, design team members, data analysts and other members of the marketing automation team to ensure communications are deployed accurately, on time, and follow brand and legal standards.
Key responsibilities
With hundreds of millions of messages being sent by the organization every year, the SMFC Email Specialist plays an important role in ensuring the students, parents, and professionals who we serve receive personalized, timely, accurate communications. This individual will leverage their HTML abilities to transform text-based content and provided images into responsive, personalized, and dynamic email communications. They will own the deployment process for assigned communications, collaborating with team members from different parts of the organization to keep campaigns moving through tight deadlines.
